Zach Shore

Zachary Shore joined Madonna University in December of 2016 as the Sports Information Director and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Marketing in September of 2020.

Under Zach’s leadership, the Madonna University athletic communications office has increased the Crusaders social media and community presence, developed a cohesive marketing program that has secured financing for several athletic projects, including the Alliance Catholic Credit Union Arena. The department has also improved the student-run gameday productions to be one of the best in the NAIA.

In his second year on the job, Zach helped establish the Patrick Moore Memorial Golf Outing, held in memory of long time Madonna SID Patrick Moore. He has also helped develop the Madonna sports media team, a concept in which he oversees a scholarship budget to be utilized to develop the next generation of athletic communicators that he hopes can be a template for others in the industry.

Zach is a member of CoSIDA, has been chair of the NAIA-SIDA Publications Committee and serves on the CoSIDA Academic All-America Committee.

Zachary and his wife, Kellie, reside in Livonia with their dog Hunter.
